We strive to make ordering at our store as easy as possible. Here is a short instruction that will help you move around our store smoothly.

In the upper horizontal menu, you can find a product category or a subcategory of your interest.
In the upper part, there is also a browser that makes finding the product you need to find easier.
How to order - point 1- Menu
After clicking on the name, you are moved to it.
How to order – point 2 – Product list, filtering
Filters enabling swift searches for products can be used in every category/subcategory. After clicking on a selected product, you will be moved to the product page where all the data of the product can be found, such as its description, prices, size table, and costs and times of delivery. Additionally, on the right side, you may find available sizes or color versions if there are any.
If you intend to buy the product, choose the desired size by clicking on the appropriate button and select the right size.
How to order – point 3 – Product page
After the size selection, press button ADD TO CART.
Then, you will be moved to the cart where the selected product has been placed.
How to order – point 4 – Shopping cart
At this stage of the purchase, you may:
  • Proceed to checkout by clicking on “Proceed to checkout”.
  • Select the quantity of the selected product.
  • Remove the selected product from the cart by clicking on the red X.
  • Introduce the discount code (if you have one) into the white field in the middle of the screen.
  • Save the cart to return to it later.

If you think that your order is complete, you must confirm it by clicking on the grey button “Proceed to checkout”.

Then (if you have not signed in so far), the system will:

  • Ask you to sign in (if you have an existing account in our store)
  • Ask you to sign up or
  • Give you the option of buying without registration. In such case, the system will ask you to provide the data necessary to execute the delivery.

The next step is to choose the payment and delivery methods

After choosing the payment and delivery methods, click on “Continue”.
The system will move to the data confirmation page.
How to order – point 7 – Order confirmation
At this stage of the purchase, you should select the sales note: receipt (purchase confirmation) or VAT invoice.
Additionally, you may enter a text comment for the person who will be executing your order or the delivery company. The text entered in the field “Comments for the courier” will be visible on the waybill attached to the package.
It is necessary to mark two points, one regarding the store regulations and the other referring to the right of withdrawal from the agreement. It shall mean that you have read the regulations and rights you are entitled to.
The last step is to confirm your order by clicking on the button “Order Now under Payment Obligation”.
After the order confirmation, the system will generate an email asking you to confirm order placement and send it to the email you have provided. Please, follow the instructions included in this message as it will make the execution of your order considerably faster.

Orders are accepted only by the page 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Domestic shipping
t is carried out from Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 5 pm. Package pick-up by the delivery company is on weekdays after 2 pm. Orders placed outside working hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays are executed on the following working day. In case of heavy order traffic, the execution time may be extended.

The listed prices are basic prices. Additional charges, such as customs fees or zone fees are added on delivery.

Claims and Complaints
Every item purchase at Online Store has a producer’s, importer’s, or vendor’s warranty valid in Poland. Warranty period for each product is 24 months, except for products whose description includes other warranty conditions.
In case of detecting a defect, you should immediately contact the store’s customer service by sending an email to or by phone: 42 6340122. Then, download, print, and fill out the claim form.

Claimed items together with the claim form and a receipt/VAT invoice should be sent to the following address:

Withdrawal from the agreement
Detailed information regarding the withdrawal from the agreement at can be found HERE.
Items exchange store gives you the opportunity to exchange purchased goods for a different size within the same model. If you want to use this service, you must contact the store staff and confirm that the size you want to exchange your purchase for is available. Then download, print and complete the exchange document.
We do not exchange for another model. If you are interested in such an exchange, you must first make a return and purchase a new product.

Send it together with the claim form and a receipt/VAT invoice to the address indicated to you by the store’s customer service. Please, add a note EXCHANGE on the package.
The lowest available paid-on-delivery charge shall be added to your following shipment executed by In case the values of the ordered and exchanged items are different, the difference shall be settled in favor of the Client or the store, depending on the individual case.
