In the upper horizontal menu, you can find a product category or a subcategory of your interest.
In the upper part, there is also a browser that makes finding the product you need to find easier.
After clicking on the name, you are moved to it.
Filters enabling swift searches for products can be used in every category/subcategory. After clicking on a selected product, you will be moved to the product page where all the data of the product can be found, such as its description, prices, size table, and costs and times of delivery. Additionally, on the right side, you may find available sizes or color versions if there are any.
If you intend to buy the product, choose the desired size by clicking on the appropriate button and select the right size.
After the size selection, press button ADD TO CART.
Then, you will be moved to the cart where the selected product has been placed.

After choosing the payment and delivery methods, click on “Continue”.
The system will move to the data confirmation page.
At this stage of the purchase, you should select the sales note: receipt (purchase confirmation) or VAT invoice.
Additionally, you may enter a text comment for the person who will be executing your order or the delivery company. The text entered in the field “Comments for the courier” will be visible on the waybill attached to the package.
It is necessary to mark two points, one regarding the store regulations and the other referring to the right of withdrawal from the agreement. It shall mean that you have read the regulations and rights you are entitled to.
The last step is to confirm your order by clicking on the button “Order Now under Payment Obligation”.
After the order confirmation, the system will generate an email asking you to confirm order placement and send it to the email you have provided. Please, follow the instructions included in this message as it will make the execution of your order considerably faster.

Orders are accepted only by the page bludshop.com 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
t is carried out from Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 5 pm. Package pick-up by the delivery company is on weekdays after 2 pm. Orders placed outside working hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays are executed on the following working day. In case of heavy order traffic, the execution time may be extended.
* Orders over PLN 200 get a free delivery.
** The time is counted from the moment of payment registration.
*** Pick-up is possible on workdays only. In case of orders where one or more items are in different warehouses, the execution time may be extended.
Only pre-paid deliveries are executed internationally. Package pick-up by the delivery company is on a working day following the order placement and/or registering the payment. In case of heavy order traffic, the execution time may be extended by 24 hours.
Shipping abroad is executed using the services of DPD delivery company, according to the price list found below.

Claims and Complaints
Every item purchase at Bludshop.com Online Store has a producer’s, importer’s, or vendor’s warranty valid in Poland. Warranty period for each product is 24 months, except for products whose description includes other warranty conditions.
In case of detecting a defect, you should immediately contact the store’s customer service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 42 6340122. Then, download, print, and fill out the claim form.
